Why did the customer contact us?
Bottle filler in attic overflowed. 80% of the office has 1/4 inch of water. Needs extraction and cleanup. Water has been shut off and the plumbing should be fixed today sometime.

Solutions provided:
Carpet area was dry, But infrared camera was showing moisture around the Sheetrock walls that was touching the floor..

The other Sheetrock walls was not touching the floor, wall was above the framing boards....This wall was getting air flow under the wall...
We recommendation to do a 1'x 15' flood cut on the Sheetrock wall. because the moisture goes up 11 inches from the floor on the wall with the five pictures on it .
Because no air flow is getting into the wall cavity..
Owner said no, Owner wants us Just to move both dehumidifier and two fans on the wall showing moisture.
Owner wants us to come back on Monday 1/22/24 to check moisture reading.. We can call or text owners to to get access to building
